Marking Lent in 2016

During Lent we are encouraged to undertake something positive to help us on our spiritual jouney through life.
Some of us feel called to accept an invitation to meet at the Manse over four Tuesdays to study together and share some prayer and fellowship. This year we are studying a course by John Ortberg, a Presbyterian pastor in California.
We are also invited to select and read a book specifically for this season. This is more of a challenge to some than to others, but many have found it a worthwhile exercise over the years.
