'Logos' -a meeting with a difference

On Tuesday 17th November, the LOGOS group were delighted to welcome Jim Barr to our meeting. We all enjoyed a delicious meal and fellowship before the meeting began.
The meeting took quite a different format to our normal meetings, in that it was much more a time of teaching and learning than of discussion.
Jim’s theme for the evening focussed very much on how God wanted to heal the fracture in our relationship with Him and it was only through Jesus that could be done. The passages we referred to included Isaiah 6:1-10, Isaiah 53:1-3 and Luke 19:11-14.
It was an enlightening evening, enjoyed by all present.
